Our oven measures 20ft long, 10ft wide, and 8ft tall on the inside. Basically if it fits in this envelope, we can powder coat it.

We prefer to blast all steel before coating. Blasting leaves a profile on the metal that helps the powder "grab" onto the substrate. If your project is built from new aluminum, we can wash with a chemical that cleans and etches the aluminum reducing the need for mechanical blasting.

We can get almost any color you want. Powder coat finishes also offer different textures as well as smooth finishes. We have lots of samples for you to choose from at our shop. If you don't like what you see there, we can direct you to various suppliers websites to find what you are looking for.

Our largest CNC milling machine has a 50 inch X axis travel, 30 inch Y axis travel and a 27 inch Z axis travel. Our largest lathe has a 18 inch swing and 54 inches between centers.

Yes! If you want to finish your project by painting it yourself or if you just need something blasted to clean it up, we will gladly do that for you.

We sure can. We have taken many hand drawn sketches and turned them into reality for our customers. We also have the ability to solid model your idea in our advanced CAD/CAM system to you can see exactly what you are getting before production is ever started.
